Kathi Ruffin is the Controller for Behavioral Health System Baltimore. She is responsible for directing all accounting and financial functions. She directs the internal financial systems necessary to carry out BHSB’s business and report financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and federal, state, and local regulations.
Kathi has 19 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, finance, and financial systems and has held Controllerships at Haverford College, Philadelphia Works and the National NAACP. Prior to joining BHSB, Kathi worked as a Senior Consultant for Navigator Management Partners where she served as a functional lead on non-profit financial system implementations such as University of Maryland College Park and the University of Connecticut.
Kathi holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
