BHSB periodically offers funding opportunities for a range of services and activities to support behavioral health and wellness in Baltimore City. Announcements about funding opportunities are posted on this page and shared through our e-mail list. Check back often for new opportunities.
- COVID Mitigation Funding
- Funding Overview: This funding is available to expand dedicated testing and mitigation resources for people with mental health and substance use disorders. These funds will provide resources and flexibility for states to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency and ensure the continuity of services to support individuals connected to the behavioral health system.
- Eligibility Criteria: Baltimore City providers that offer community mental health and/or substance use disorder services for adults with serious mental illness (SMI) or children with (serious emotional disturbance (SED). This includes both outpatient and residential services.

Trainer Application:
BHSB is invested in ensuring the behavioral health workforce has access to high quality innovative training by coordinating training activities for a various provider types. BHSB invites trainers to submit applications to collaborate on trainings on a wide variety of topics for counselors, social workers, peer recovery specialists, harm reductionists, and others working in the behavioral health care field.
