Bonnie Campbell, MSW, is responsible for planning and supporting BHSB’s disaster preparedness and response operations, workforce development strategies, and new grant applications.  Ms. Campbell has worked at BHSB (including the former Baltimore Substance Abuse Systems) for 30 years.  Ms. Campbell obtained her master’s degree in social work at the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
