Lynn Mumma serves as the Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. She oversees day-to-day operations and works to optimize BHSB’s operating capabilities. One of her key priorities is to support BHSB in effectively advancing its mission and translating strategic priorities into processes and practices. She collaborates with staff across BHSB to operationalize a values-driven culture and implement processes that ensure integration and shared accountability across teams and departments.

Lynn has over ten years’ experience directing behavioral health and child welfare programmatic operations. Prior to joining BHSB, she served as the Deputy Director for the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, overseeing adult, family and children’s services. Lynn also brings experience from the health care sector, where she managed national employer group health care plans and pharmaceutical contracts.

Lynn received a master’s degree in social work from Boston College and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
