Investing in Baltimore is vital to our mission at Behavioral Health System Baltimore.  

As the city's Local Behavioral Health Authority, our staff works across and connects systems—from schools and social services to law enforcement and courts—to ensure that Baltimoreans receive the emotional support and care they need. Together with community partners, we host and support neighborhood events, health fairs and other gatherings to engage with residents to connect them to resources. And we partner with our regional neighbors to strengthen the 988 Helpline and crisis response system in Greater Baltimore.
