Miriam Hutchens was an Associate Judge on the District Court of Maryland, District 1 (Baltimore City) from July 31, 2000 to July 31, 2016. Miriam is presently on the boards of Goucher College and Girls’ Empowerment Mission (GEM).  She has been an officer on Goucher’s board and now serves as a committee chairman.

She has a BA in History from Goucher College and she graduated from Georgetown University Law Center.
