Malcolm Haynes is the Assistant Vice President of Finance and Administration at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. A financial analyst by training, Malcolm brings over a decade of public and non-profit financial operations and management expertise to the BHSB board.
Malcolm previously served as the Chief of Staff for the Baltimore City Health Department (BCHD). He also served at Chief of Finance and Administration at BCHD. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Baltimore City Department of General Services and as an Analyst with the Baltimore City Department of Finance.
Malcolm is a graduate of Temple University with a BA in Political Science and History. He also holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in public budgeting and financial management from Penn State University. Malcolm is a Philadelphia native. He and his son, Miles, have resided in the Hollins Market neighborhood since 2014 where he serves as Treasurer of the Hollins Roundhouse Neighborhood Association.
