Gabby supports BHSB’s systems-level planning around criminal justice, homelessness and housing, hospital-based interventions, older adults, and access to care. In this role, she oversees BHSB grants and projects focused on: criminal justice, older adults, supportive housing, supported employment, street outreach, Wellness and Recovery Centers, care coordination, and peer support.
Gabby has worked on social justice and human services initiatives in Baltimore since 2007. Prior to joining BHSB in 2016, she worked for Baltimore City’s Homeless Services Program for seven years, coordinating street outreach, leading the development of a Coordinated Access system, and supporting other projects designed to reduce barriers to supportive housing and services.
Gabby has an Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and bachelor’s degrees in English and Government from the University of Maryland, College Park.
When she’s not at BHSB she’s with her family, walking her dog, buried in a book, eating peanuts, or pitter-pattering around the house.
