Antoine C. Boyd, MBA, CHFP serves as the Controller for Behavioral Health System Baltimore. Reporting to the VP/CFO he leads the division that maintains a comprehensive set of internal controls, direct all general accounting & financial functions in accordance with GAAP and Federal/State regulations, and assists with oversight of private and public funding contracts issued to sub-vendors.

Antoine has over ten years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining BHSB, he held Controllership and Chief Financial Officer roles in the Federally Qualified Health Center sector where he was tasked with achieving Health Resources and Services Administration’s program compliance, federal/state/local grants management, treasury services, and overseeing annual Single Audits.

Antoine graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland University College and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Frostburg State University. He is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Antoine is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and volunteers as a mentor for the National Association of Health Service Executives.
