Kevin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Care for the Homeless, Maryland’s leading provider of integrated health services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. He has worked over the past two decades at the intersection of homelessness and health as an outreach worker, clinician, community organizer, advocate, and administrator.
Kevin chairs the Maryland Medicaid Advisory Committee and serves on the Boards of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers, The Journey Home – Baltimore’s Plan to End Homelessness, and Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore. He is also President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the National Health Care for the Homeless Council.
Kevin previously taught health policy at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work and speaks frequently throughout the community. He is a 2011 graduate of the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program and was named among Maryland’s Most Admired CEOs by the Daily Record in 2014. Kevin holds an MSW from the University of Michigan and a BS in Philosophy and the Humanities from Valparaiso University.
