Faye Royale-Larkins, RN, MPH

Faye serves as CEO at Total Health Care, Inc., a Federally Qualified Community Health Center and a Section 330 Grantee, where she leads the organization in the implementation of the strategic goals and manages the day-to-day operations.

She directs the development, communication, implementation, and evaluation of the Organization’s long and short-term plans and other operations. She oversees the provision of health care delivery to patients and the community in accordance with protocols, policies and procedures of the Corporation. Prior to her current position, she served Bon Secours in several positions, as Vice President of Patient Care Services, Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Bon Secours Baltimore Health System. Prior to her work at Bon Secours, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Saint Louis ConnectCare Health System, a safety net health system in Saint Louis, Missouri and Regional Vice President for a Medical Adult Day and Home Health company.

Faye has more than 30 years of clinical and health executive management experience in community health care, physician group management and hospital operations having served as a senior executive in a variety of settings including community/public health, ambulatory care, and acute care hospitals. She also serves as a board member of The Sisters Academy School, On Our Own of Howard County, Inc., and Why Murder? Inc. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Morgan State University and her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from State University of New York and her Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Health Administration from the University of Michigan.
